You can cancel your order within 24 hours after the order date and time.
Return or Exchange Policy
Our Return Policy offers no return of goods once delivered. We encourage the buyer to review the listing before making the decision. Buyers need to raise support ticket in help center and submit request.
If you choose to exchange in circumstances where you consider that:
- Product should be new and return with original packing.
- Buyer should have unboxing video with clear vision.
- Product is mismatch.
- Product is damaged, Defective or missing.
- Product is not what ordered.
- Product is expired.
If the product being returned is not in accordance with the above parameters, then the user shall not be entitled to any replacement of product.
Smartmandi will coordinate and accept exchanges solely based on our discretion. However, an exchange is depending on availability of the product in our stock. Buyer needs to raise the exchange request within the return period applicable to the product. Once user has raised an exchange request by contacting us on contact@smartmandi.com.
